Located on beautiful grounds just outside the city, this York bed and breakfast dates back to the 17th Century. Owners Wendy and Richard Wood now welcome guests to share their home and its unique atmosphere in ten imaginatively furnished and comfortable rooms.
All have private bathroom and toilet, wash basin, bath and/or shower, and home comforts including colour television, central heating, clock radio, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryers, and easy chairs.

There is a range of rooms from which to choose, including one single room, five double, three twin rooms and one family room.

Most bedrooms in the Lodge are furnished with antique pine, some rooms boasting four poster or Victorian brass bedsteads. We are sure that you will have a peaceful and enjoyable time in this four-star York bed and breakfast accommodation.
Guests can get the day off to a perfect start with a delicious English breakfast, cooked to order and served in the Lodge's homely 'farmhouse kitchen' dining room, having exposed beams with brasses, and original quarry tile floor with rugs.

Curzon Lodge has the benefit of a very pretty drawing room comfortably furnished with antiques, where residents may relax or just sample the reading. Guests find the large enclosed car park not only very convenient, but of some necessity in York - the medieval streets of the historic northern capital more suited for leisurely strolls than motor vehicles!
